Carl Luna, with more than five decades as a respected attorney and counselor at law, has expertise in a broad range of fields and serves a diverse group of clients. The hallmark of Carl’s practice is his diligent representation of clients to effectively support them in the many aspects of both residential and commercial real estate transactions. Carl and his son, Scott, currently manage a successful multi-state high volume title and document preparation closing business. Carl embarked on his legal career working with his uncle, the late Earl Luna, one of the nation’s preeminent public education attorneys. Among his many accomplishments, Carl played football for the legendary Coach Paul “Bear” Bryant while earning his Bachelor of Business Administration at Texas A&M University. Carl is active in the Letterman’s Association at A&M, where he maintains his long-lasting relationships with his former players. Carl and his wife Sue have three children, Carla, Scott and Lance. Carl has instilled in his family a legacy of community service, culminating in the creation of the Carl Luna Legacy Scholarship awarded to deserving need-based Garland ISD students each year.
