Scott Luna's practice is focused on real estate law with an emphasis on mortgage document preparation and land title issues. Managing a successful multistate high volume title and document preparation business, Scott is recognized throughout the real estate legal community for his expertise. In fact, he regularly presents continuing education that is both relevant and current for closing and escrow officers. A past President of the Oklahoma Land Title Association, Scott’s ongoing involvement in the industry adds to his wealth of title-related knowledge. Scott’s passion for public education and community service is evidenced by his service on the Garland ISD Board of Trustees for over ten years. Scott received his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law (1991) and his Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University (1988). Scott's bar/court admissions include the State Bar of Texas (1991), Oklahoma Bar Association (2004), Missouri Bar (2009), Minnesota State Bar Association (2012), Nebraska State Bar Association (2012), Kentucky State Bar Association (2016), and the U. S. District Court, Northern District (1991). Scott and his wife, René, have two sons, Alex and Collin. Both Scott and René grew up in the North Texas area, are active in their church, and are proud to have received their degrees from Texas A&M University.
