Thomas Vetters is the managing partner of Robertson Anschutz Vetters, LLC (“RAV”) where he has spent his entire legal career developing a comprehensive expertise in the mortgage lending and compliance industry and helped develop the firm’s 50-state document software Docs on Demand®. Thomas is Board Certified in Residential Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
Thomas currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association and previously chaired their Regulatory Compliance Committee, Education Committee and served on their Executive Committee. Thomas has prepared and presented papers on Texas Home Equity, Privacy, Safeguards, Loan Originator Compensation, ATR/QM and the TILA/RESPA Integrated Disclosures. He is admitted to practice in the State of Texas and the U.S. Western District of Texas.
